The Opportunity
Our client are incredibly respected for the beautiful residential properties that they produce with a building service that is unparalleled. Working with clients from the start, they assist with the design phase, offering advice and suggestions based on a wealth of knowledge. Experienced in sustainable design and a variety of materials, there is nobody quite like this builder to produce high-end, one of a kind architectural homes. Due to continued recognition of quality, they seek a Project Manager to join their talented team.
Your New Role
The role of Project Manager is integral to our clients vision of providing a premium design and construction service, with a hands-on approach expected of the successful candidate. Assisting delivery of projects, managing stakeholder and client expectations and encouraging project teams to deliver to budget, quality and timelines will be a focus. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to managing and leasing with clients, preparing contract documentation, lead design development and documentation stages, managing sub-contractors, preparing tender submissions and daily liaison with Site Supervisor and Director.

Capable of project delivery from fixed lump sum contracts, construction management, design and construction contracts and project management, our client produce one-off architectural homes, renovations and additions, large scale apartment buildings, townhouses and schools. Project Management experience in a similar role will be essential, as well as a creative mind to think outside of the box and solve problems in a unique way. This is a chance to work closely with Senior Management to develop and implement new reporting processes and management systems, as well as identifying new business opportunities; building our clients brand is also of importance to this role.
