The Role

Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, the Production Estimator will create individual Bills of Quantities to accurately forecast the cost of the build.

• Preparation of all building estimates.
• Liaise with external and internal stakeholders.
• Ongoing Assessment and Monitoring of jobs.
• Maintain Databases.
• Quality Control.
