About our client:
One of the leader's within the Melbourne Fit Out scene, this organisation has had strong and reliable team growth within the last 5 years. With the expansion of on of their project teams, they are on the look out for another ambitious Contract Administrator who wants to join and climb the ranks like many others before them.
The role:
Reporting to the Operations and Project Manager, you will be managing, coordinating, reporting and advising on across a number of fit out projects simultaneously across Melbourne. With project values between $1mil and $10mil, you will always have enough on your plate to keep you not only engaged but to expand your knowledge and experience as you work towards future internal promotions.
Are you the right fit?
Our client is looking for the right person to fit in with the current team. To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Experience within the Construction or Fit Out sector for a main contractor
- Drive and ambition to climb the corporate ladder over time
- The flexibility and eagerness to work on a variety of projects within a number of sectors
- Understanding of the industry and able to think outside the box when required
- Impeccable interpersonal skills that will engage and influence all that you encounter
