Our client are a part of a construction group; they specialise in delivering small to large multi-million dollar projects including commercial fit-out, new build and refurbishment.
Reporting to the Senior Contract Administrator, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
- Assist with procurement of trade packages as well as the monitoring of packages according to budget and forecast
- Assign budgets, review scope of works, subcontract condition and variations, tender selection and review
- Track subcontracts, cost reporting as well as subcontractor progress claims
- Project cost forecasting
- Maintain relationships with major subcontractors and client during project duration
- Prepare monthly meeting including progress claims as per contract, variations and report changes
To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills/attributes:
- Must have a demonstrated 2 - 3 years experience within contract or project administration
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- Experience using Zero would be advantageous
- Have exceptional organizational skills
