Fast growing Remedial Building Company based on the Northern Beaches is seeking a Project Manager to work on multiple projects ranging from $10,000 up to $200,000 in the Sydney region.
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:

Managing client relations and increasing client base

Estimating projects and setting up documentation for supplier responses

Prepare logical preliminary construction program.

Prepare draft tender / submission letter and clarification utilising standard templates.

Complete all necessary tender / submission forms and schedules in accordance with the project requirements

Provide assistance to Office Administration to prepare the final submission.

Ensure tender / submission is delivered on time.

Project Strategies – Plan, develop and implement strategies for WHS, client relationship mgmt., margin increase, letting of sub-contracts, preliminaries, program, WHS, design management, sequencing or
staging, materials handling, resourcing and any other key aspects as required. -
Project Establishment including but not limited to Site logistics, Contract Administration, Site meetings

Liaising with council or other statutory departments for relevant building works

Project delivery and management of expectation throughout the duration of the project to ensure the service delivery of the project is of excellent quality and achieves overall contract objectives and client satisfaction

Promoting team work environment
Role prerequisites:
-
Experience in a similar role for a minimum of 5-7 years
-
Preferred Bachelor of Construction Management/Engineering/Quality Surveying, Diploma in construction or related

Strong communicator with highly developed negotiation skills
-
Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills

Must be self-motivated and reliable

PC/Microsoft Literate
-
General knowledge of WHS and BCA standards
