Are you working for a water contractor, consultancy or water authority? Looking to work for an extremely busy civil water contractor?
Our client is a specialist water contractor. They are part of a larger national construction group. They focus on various areas within civil construction, but one of their main core businesses is the water infrastructure area across land development. The water division is becoming so large they are to become a separate entity.
Having dealt with the parent company for 10 years, I know exactly what they can offer. They require an experienced water Project Manager to join this division and help drive their business. You will be a major influence of the growth of this business and you will be backed by the company brand name, existing relationships, financial wealth, systems and ambition, to help make this new branch a success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong civil construction background but has to be specifically in water. The works will predominately be on land development projects, so subdivision experience would be good. Not so much the civil, roads, but the pipework. You will have a minimum of 8 years experience as an engineer Project Manager or above, be confident in driving multiple crews and overseeing multiple projects.
All candidates must have worked for private water contractors, a consultancy or water authority in a PM position. They are a contractor therefore require a similar background, site based management.
