Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of tenders, expressions of interest and panel registrations.
• Oversee the delivery of projects on behalf of the client.
• Reporting on financial and construction milestones to senior management.
• Key senior point of contact for your client and consultants.
• Accountable for multiple projects from inception through to implementation
• Deliver high quality solutions within program and cost controls
• Actively manage risks
• Management of contracts, contract administration and financial reporting
• Regular PCG reporting
• Add value to projects and make a difference to the outcome

Skills & Experience:

• Degree or higher in a construction related field
• 10+ years experience with a top tier builder or consultancy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ambition to push your career forward towards other leadership opportunities within the business
• Enjoy complex and challenging projects
