The Company
Ongoing client needs and significant project demand has resulted in this Project Management Consultancy of choice expanding their PM team in the Sydney marketplace and therefore having the requirement for a Senior Project Manager to work on large scale commercial projects.  

Your Background
The successful applicant will have demonstrated technical ability and a proven background including the following:

• Relevant Tertiary Qualifications (ideally in construction management, engineering or architecture) 
• 8yrs+ industry experience
• The ability to think around problems and take an innovative & independent approach to your role
• Demonstrated project experience on projects relating to the commercial sector
• The ability to work as a key member of a strong team
• Exposure to the project management consultancy environment or leading building contractor
• Outstanding stakeholder management and client relationship skills 
• Above average communication skills both written & oral

The Requirement
This role will include - managing a program of works, managing costs, engaging with stakeholders, negotiating and communicating on key issues and strategies both internally and externally and construction delivery for best outcomes on a consistent basis.
