My client is looking for an experience Structures Foreman to join an industry leading Tier 1 builder that delivers project in excess of $150m+. This builder has a reputation for delivering some of Melbourne CBD's most iconic projects. The role will involve working closely with the Site Manager and helping drive the project to completion
The Ideal Candidate
- 5 years' as a structures Foreman on commercial new builds
- Trade qualification desired
- Experience on commercial projects $80M+
- Excellent understanding of OH&S processes
- Established relationships with subcontractors and consultants
- Previous exposure to clients and shareholders
Roles and Responsibilities
- Seek efficiencies and complete projects within or below budget
- Manage healthy relationships with your subcontractors / suppliers
- Conducting weekly meetings and project reporting
- Read and interpret drawings - consult with architects when called upon
- Coordinating all sub-contractors, suppliers and material deliveries
- Liaison with clients, sub-contractors and internal team
