Site Manager – Fit Out – Commercial
 
The Company 
 
A long standing client of CGC who have a very reputable and respected presence in the construction market as a fit out contractor are actively seeking a 1 x Site Manager and 1 x Foreman.  The company have got an excellent reputation for delivering projects on time and to budget at a great standard
 
The role
 
The role will be on a contract basis and will potentially offer either a rolling contract or an option to permanent employment. 

1 x Site Manager -   Experience of overseeing Fit out projects- Commercial or retail considered
1 x  Foreman   -      Working on fit out projects form any background and experience of managing subbies

Responsibilities;
 

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager/Foreman in the commercial fit out / refurbishment sector. Large retail project experience will also be considered
• Ability to work in a small team environment 
• Commercial / Retail fit out experience is preferred 
• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The Reward 
The client has suggested $60ph + for the right candidate depending on experience.
