This highly regarded National business has been delivering engineered, value based audio visual solutions to its blue chip client base for many years and is now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager due to continued growth. You will not only support existing clients but to bring a new level of AV solutions and performance integration to new clients.

This position represents a unique opportunity for an experienced audio visual specialist to further develop their career with a leading Australian business. In this challenging role you will take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery, installation and management of high quality AV services.

In this role you will be:

• Accountable for service delivery across multiple customers and projects.
• Managing multiple field based resources directly and indirectly which could include supervisory, technical and administration staff.
• Maintaining effective working relationships with client partners and customers.
• Managing effective labour resourcing, project scheduling & planning, monthly reporting, contract negotiation, managing KPI/SLA metrics and financial reporting.

You will be able to demonstrate a background in delivering high profile AV projects within time and budget whilst successfully identifying new opportunities within audio visual, telecommunications or electrical contracting.

You will have strong experience managing internal resources including skilled technicians and project delivery staff and have a hands on style that encompasses all personalities.
