ABOUT THE COMPANY.
A specialist commercial Builder, delivering projects across the retail, hotel, public space, and facilities maintenance sectors for over 20 years. With a strong reputation of high standard delivery and safety processes, they have been able to build a strong client base. Due to recent growth and the securing of projects, they are seeking to further grow their team with like minded individuals.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
Reporting to the Managing Director, as a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing various commercial fitout, refurbishment and maintenance projects valued between $200K and $1.5M. You will be required to work Monday to Friday in Southern Sydney. You will be responsible for the overall delivery of the projects and the liaison between Clients. You will be responsible to lead and guide construction teams, in addition to assisting with the growth of the company.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Project Management experience on commercial projects valued from $500K
- Tertiary Qualification in a building related discipline
- Excellent client liaison ability and strong networks
- Strong problem solving, time management and communication skills
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- Experience delivering projects in the Airport or high security places
