A Site Manager is required by a busy Tier 3 Residential Builder/ Developer, to oversee a 70 unit residential apartment development in Southern Sydney. 

• $150 - 160k total package
• South Sydney based project
• Established Builder with secured portfolio of works across Sydney for 2018/ 2019
• Excellent long term career opportunities and career progression
• Medium density residential development
• Project in early construction 
• Great team culture with onus on support and realistic expectations
• Supportive and open management, you will be reporting to an office based PM and managing a Foreman and Leading Hands on site
• Full control of site, reporting to an office based PM
• This builder specialises in residential apartment projects from $15 - 30 million.

The ideal candidate must require the following skills:

• A highly motivated Site Manager, who is highly driven and hungry to develop their career with a dynamic and growing builder is sought
• Proven experience as a Site Manager/ Foreman on residential projects over $10 million
• You will have managed and completed at least 2 residential unit development projects in the past 3 years
• You will be "hands on" and happy to pitch in when needed
• Experience building over 4 storeys
• Ability to control from start to finish
• An excellent understanding of structures and finishes, with an emphasis on concrete pours
• Strong communication skills
• A trade background is required
• OH&S Experience
• High level of organisational and time management skills
• Ability to motivate and engage trades
• Solid career history
