This group are one of Australia's leading Tier 1 Building companies and have a strong pipeline of commercial and apartment work in Melbourne for the next three years. They have recently won a $300 mil commercial project in the CBD of Melbourne and need a Project Coordinator to join the business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervision and Coordination of the relevant subcontractors
Design Management & Coordination (structure and façade)
Program Management
Quality Management & Defects
Evaluation of trade specific variations, RFI's
Trade Letting

To be considered for this role you will ideally have worked for a commercial builder for 2-5 years. You must have excellent attention to detail, be able to work in a high pressured environment and support the site delivery and administration team on the project.
