A Junior Project Manager is sought by an established Sub-Contractor to the Building industry. You will be project managing 5-6 small projects and assisting a Project Manager with contracts admin on larger projects. Typical projects featured are with Tier 1 & 2 Builders across NSW.

Essential requirements:

• Construction Experience a Must
• 2 years post graduate experience in a CA/ Junior PM role with a builder 
• A proven history working in Australia
• Minimum  1 years experience overseeing projects up to $1 million
• Solid project management knowledge in Building Construction
• Excellent communication skills

A relevant degree or time served Carpenter with a minimum of 2 years CA/ PM experience with a builder is preferred. Eligibility to work in Australia is required.
