Our client, a highly successful commercial developer, are now looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their Melbourne team.  This role will see the successful applicant reporting in to the Director, overseeing this developer’s more complex projects from $50m - $100m +.   

These projects range from medium to high level density commercial / retail office developments and this is a newly created role specifically for the management of the clients commercial portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include 

• Program Management
• Strategic Risk Management
• Project Scope Definition
• Business Case Development & Feasibility Studies
• Tender Reviews and Analysis
• Stakeholder management and Client Liaison

To be considered for this position you will have;

• A minimum of 5+ years project management experience in construction with either a developer, consultancy or builder working on commercial projects
• A strong understanding of the Melbourne property market
• Strong communication and negotiation / influencing skills
• A thorough understanding of the Development process and proven experience delivering large scale projects
• Tertiary Qualifications in Property, Construction, Engineering or Architecture
• Excellent computer skills and high attention to detail

Salary is depending on experience and this client will look at Project Managers looking to make the step up or move in to a Development / Project Management position.
