The Company

Our client is a boutique development and project management company based in Melbourne CBD, which has extensive experience and diverse expertise, to bring a fresh perspective to deliver projects of enduring value and merit.

The company focus predominantly on residential projects that can range from 20 high-end townhouses to 700 high density units, although they also have a few commercial, industrial and hotel developments.

You would be working within a small team of go-getters who have a shared passion for property.
  
The Role – Project Manager

• Clientside project management including town planning, design development/management and construction;
• Available for commencement asap;
• Longer term opportunity to move into development management;
• Relationship and stakeholder management with JV partners, authorities, consultants and builders.

To complement the existing team of individuals with PM/DM/design backgrounds, we are specifically seeking a candidate with a construction background for this role. 

The Individual

You will have 3-5 years’ industry experience and have a genuine passion for residential projects. You will have worked for a medium-large commercial builder as a Contracts Administrator, Design Manager or Project Engineer. 

A tertiary qualification in construction, architecture or engineering is essential, as is a high degree of initiative, appetite to learn and strong work ethic. 

Salary package is competitive and DOE.
