While delivering a personalised design service, they specialise in building a range of single and double story homes a long with dual occupancies, knock-down rebuilds and townhouses.
  
  
The Role & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the construction of 15 single & double story homes;
• Coordinate trades & sub-contractors;
• Coordinate materials and supplies on-site;
• Scheduling and programming each job;
• Ensuring compliance with OH&S legislation;
• Liaising with clients;

  
The Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Site Management / Site Supervising role in Residential Construction;
• Demonstrated ability to manage 10+ homes;
• Understanding of construction, techniques, terminology, costs and be able to communicate this in Layman's terms;
• Effective communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to prioritise, plan and achieve project objectives across multiple concurrent projects.
