Your new role As a Safety Advisor for the company you will be tasked with the following:
- Promote a safe work culture on site.
- Review and monitor sub-contractors on site to ensure compliance with safety
- Maintain and regularly update SWMS and Risk Assessments
- Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox talks.
What you'll need to succeed
To be eligible for this role you must have full working rights in Australia and have proven experience working for a builder in Australia as a Safety Advisor. You will be site based and will take a hands on approach to health and safety. You must also have a tertiary qualification in Health and Safety and ideally comes from a trades background or similar and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
