An exciting opportunity exists for a starter role as a Junior Estimator to join the Versatile team. This role will see you responsible and accountable for the accurate and timely preparation of cost estimates on tenders and proposals. Utilising your strong relationship building skills, you will also have the chance of developing ability to provide cost breakups, value engineering and technical solutions that can be seen as advantageous to our clients.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Education background in construction or estimation is preferred
- Outstanding mathematic skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding business acumen & an eye for detail
- Strong organisation and problem solving skills
- Strong technical skills in estimating
- Sound research and procurement skills
