Who we are:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our exciting new business, located in the southern suburbs of Sydney! Our business will specialise in building & repair services in the domestic & light commercial markets. As Project Manager; you will be responsible for overseeing the progress of new projects, along with pursuing business growth opportunities. If you are looking to channel your building experience and leadership acumen into a new challenge, this role is for you!
In this role, you will:
- Ensure projects are delivered repairs are performed to a high standard. We want our clients to be delighted, not just satisfied!
- Manage multiple project timelines and budgets, with accurate reporting measures in place
- Establish caring and professional working relationships with our clients
- Supervise and inspect building works, to ensure compliance with required WHS legislation.
- Follow up on business referrals across the residential and light commercial property markets
- Maintain knowledge of building regulations and industry practices
We require from You:
- Min. 5 years domestic building trade background
- Certificate 4 in Building & Construction (essential)
- OH&S White Card (essential)
- Outstanding communication and customer-service skills are a must!
- Experience managing construction projects across multiple industries (e.g. domestic renovations, facilities management) is highly advantageous
- Ability to build relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Intermediate - Advanced experience with Microsoft programs and iOS applications
- Knowledge of domestic building construction principles and pricing.
