This Top Tier Building Contractor with the capability of building projects up to $200M in value has an immediate requirement for a Contracts Administrator on a contract basis for at least 6 months. Based on-site on this $30M+ age care development in the Shell Harbour you will be part of a large project team assisting with the costing and procurement of this on-going development. 
  
Reporting to the Senior Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for the following in the following tasks; 

• Cost reporting
• Procurement 
• Letting Contracts 
• Assess progress claims and subcontract payments
• Head / Sub-Contract Contract Variations
• Preparing and submitting variations to the client.
• Variation assessment and submission

To be suitable for this position, it is expected that candidates will possess several years experience as a Contracts Administrator for top, second or mid-tier contractors in Australia. You will have an minimum of 4 years experience. Ideally you will have experience of working on large multi-million dollar commercial, Age care, health care, residential, shopping centre or large industrial projects and will carry appropriate tertiary qualifications. You will have experience working with a variety costing software and have a particular focus on procurement and head-contractor and sub-contractor assessments and variations. You will be available for employment at short notice and must be able to commute to South West Sydney.
