Join an award winning top tier fit-out business that specialises in projects $10 million and above. They have established themselves across Australia, delivering high quality projects across a range of sectors including small and large scale commercial work spaces, hi-tech sites, education, science, health, science, biotech, hospitality and retail. The company joins the project early working alongside architects and design teams to ensure build ability and cost efficiency for each project. 

They have a requirement for an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team and continue to build their brand in Melbourne. The business has a successful new build and fit out team nationally and want to replicate that in Melbourne. Your role will work closely with the Project Manager, Project coordinators & sub-contractors. This is a great opportunity for a proactive Contract Administrator with 4-5 years’ experience with a potential to move into new build if desired. 

As the successful candidate, you will have a sound working knowledge of tendering, developing and letting of trade packages, cost forecasting and reporting and negotiating sub contract tenders. 

Requirements:

• Degree qualified & around 4-5 years relevant experience
• Strong organisational skills
• Good teamwork skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Great ‘can do’ attitude
• Career focused
