Building Personnel are delighted to be working alongside a highly acclaimed and well recognised building company who pride themselves on building award-wining new homes throughout Melbourne. Our client is seeking an experienced and committed Site Manager with strong management skills to efficiently manage and deliver duel occupancy projects and multi unit developments in Melbourne's south eastern suburbs.  
  
This role requires you to have extensive experience within the residential space and the ability to efficiently manage multiple sites at one time. An ability to communicate effectively with trades, clients and suppliers is highly desired as well as strong organisational skills in the prioritisation of trades and meeting deadlines. You will also need to be self-motivated, have a great eye for quality and display great leadership qualities within a large team.
