Experienced Customer Service & Contracts Administrator that is responsible for ensuring that all administrative processes, both internal and external run smoothly.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- First point of contact throughout the entire build process
- Thorough understanding of residential contracts, variations and permits
- Passion for client liaison and customer service
- Manage preconstruction process to meet workflow tragets
- Prepare and issue final claims and practical completion information
- Documentation and contract processing
- Have a 'can do' attitude and be a team player
- Skilled in time management and prioritisation
- Minimum 3+ years' experience with residential volume homes in Queensland
- Intermediate Level of Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Professional presentation and welcoming, friendly attitude
- Motivated self-starter with a good work ethic
- Can work in an autonomous role
