The Company
 
My client a privately owned home builder based Baulkham Hills with a proven track record in the industry with a key focus on knockdown rebuilds for over 28 years. With a realistic and achievable growth plan of 100 homes (current) to 200 homes per year, aiming for sustainable growth of 20% each year over the few years.
Their core values are to deliver a high quality homes and ensure the client experience is positive.
The Role
 
Reporting directly to the General Manager and working in a team of 4 other Supervisors, you will be responsible for delivering multiple site locations from 15-20 depending on complexity. Current projects are all South West.
 
Duties to include:

• Manage all phases of construction from ground to completion, reporting back to the Operations Manager
• Interpret building plans, engineer reports, specifications and codes of practice
• Schedule and coordinate trades on multiple job sites
• Maintain high level of paperwork, invoices, job programs
• Site inspections to assess progress and follow up on sub-contractors
• Quality check all work
• Regular client contact updating them on progress
• Maintain professional relationships with clients

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Supervisor role
• Previous experience working for a Custom / Project Home builder is ESSENTIAL
• Trade / Builder background is ESSENTIAL
• Technically minded with great understanding of the building process
• Ability to support and manage subcontractors keeping a positive relationship
• A solid base of reliable and proven trades
• Excellent organisation skills
• Demonstrate a high level of OH&S and QA knowledge
