Join a supportive team looking for an ambitious project manager to come on board.
Your new company
Our client is an established principle contractor with a solid reputation for delivering high quality projects and a pipeline of work through to 2018. Focusing on building multi-level apartment buildings and complex retail projects, this company has built a name for themselves over the last 15 years as a builder of choice for many high profile developers and investors. Projects will generally be in the $10m-$80M range - though the business does have the capability to deliver projects in excess of these figures. Joining a young a driven team of professionals and reporting to the construction manager we are looking for like minded individuals to join this growing business.
Your new role
- All client liaison and negotiation, construction programming, planning, budgeting and financial reporting
- Timely delivering of a fast tracked project with a national client
- Delivering projects within building regulations and company standards
- Supported by a contract administrator & site manager
What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 5 years local experience in Australia
- Prior experience in a Project Manager role
- Experience delivering projects upwards of $10M
- Tertiary qualified
- Strong time management and communication skills
- A strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
