My client is an established company who has been operating for over 20 years and are now a Head-contractor which has broken into the Tier 2 arena by delivering award winning projects in High- Rise Residential all over the Sydney area.

This opportunity is for an experienced Site Manager who is to be responsible for managing a fit-out project in Sydney for a prestigious client. The ideal candidate will have experience in Live Fit Out and be able to work alongside the client and stakeholders.
 

About the Role
 
The site manager will be required to work with the client in order to keep deadlines met, whilst co-coordinating the project ensuring minimal disruption during a live fit-out. The candidate will need to be self-motivated and be an excellent team player being able to communicate clearly with supplies and sub-contractors. 
 
Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate all labour activity on site
• Liaise with all parties to ensure efficient work between suppliers and sub-contractors
• Ensure excellent working standards are adhered to
• Ensure high levels of health and safety
• Stakeholder management

Skills & Experience
 

• Live Fit Out experience
• Availability to liaise with client maintain professionalism
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with a top tier contractor (local experience!!)
