A rare opportunity has opened with a highly reputable organisation who have delivered some of Perth's most divine, diverse & architecturally designed homes. With a steady & consistent reputation in the market and over 50 years experience serving their clients.
Due to growth they are currently seeking an Scheduler/Estimator to join their growing team.
Prerequisites:
- 5-10 years experience here in the Perth market, showing long tenure with previous employers
- Experience Scheduling with a boutique builder working on homes up to $1m in value, Estimating experience is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong rapport with suppliers, clients, team members and management
- A impeccable eye for detail & a process orientated individual is preferred
