The Opportunity
An exclusive opportunity is now available in Bendigo VIC for an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead and support a team of Fixed Systems Service Technicians. This role has the potential to in the future step up into to a Branch Managers position if proven capable and a reasonable. financial understanding of P&L function would also be beneficial.
Job Responsibilities
- A concentrated focus on customer service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and retention to maximise business opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Actively contribute to business growth by increasing sales to new customers.
- Effectively grow the business revenue through promoting and encouraging value adding activities.
- Successfully manage and develop a small team (currently seven technicians)
- Ensure that service business plans are achieved.
- Manage fixed fire systems inspection & testing (compliance) along with the do & charge activities throughout Northern Victoria, and parts of Southern NSW.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a electrical services manager position
- A proven record of successfully managing and developing a small team
- Solid customer relationship and development skills
- Ability to effectively grow the business revenue through promoting and encouraging value adding activities.
- solid fixed fire systems experience

- Salary range of approx. $80K - $85K + superannuation
