Contract Administrator- Immediate Job- Industry Leading National Commercial Builder- Melbourne CBD Location

Due to an influx in recently won projects, a position now exists for an intermediate level Contract Administrator.


Your new role

• Liaising with the Project Manager and Commercial Manager on contractors claims for variations and extensions
• Updating the Project Manager on the success and performance of current contractors
• Preparation and submission of reports
• Administering and managing contractual aspects of major construction contracts

What you'll need to succeed

• A tertiary level of education relevant to Construction.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Contract Administrator role in Australia
• Proven experience working for a head contractor in the role of CA
• A positive “can do” attitude and a passion to succeed
• Proven experience on Commercial projects to the value of $15M
