With a strong pipeline of projects approaching and key projects underway, we are excited to be seeking an experienced, Project Manager to join our team located in Caringbah.
As the successful Project Manager you must have previous experience in facilities management and minor works, whilst previous technical experience in ATM installations would be advantageous.
Key responsibilities are to:
- Take ownership and respond to the clients’ requirements to ensure outcomes are achieved in accordance with the clients’ requirements whilst ensuring safety quality and deadlines are maintained;
- Maintain effective communication with site supervisors, site personnel, sub-contractors and the client to ensure professional and cooperative relationships are maintained;
- Maximise project profitability and assume overall accountability for the delivery of the projects;
- Manage any variances or enquiries from the client and provide efficient and accurate information;
- Ensure all occupational health, safety and environmental requirements are understood and fulfilled
This position requires a results-driven, hands-on candidate with a positive attitude and the ability to motivate teams, as well as a sound knowledge of building principles. As the successful candidate you are required to deliver projects on-time with outstanding results.
