Municipal Building Surveyor: MBS role for a regional council located. Ideal role for an unlimited surveyor who’s open to a tree change to progress into an MBS role.
Team Leader – Building Permits: Responsible for the building permits and Report & Consent function for a busy metropolitan council. The role would suit a candidate who has strong people management skills, is interested in process improvement and has longer term ambitions to step into an MBS role within council.
Building Surveyor: Up and coming Surveying/fire safety practice whose workbook is very geared around major commercial work for large developers/owners seek a building surveying consultant to join their team. Candidates should be unlimited surveyor, have strong communication skills and be client facing.
Building Surveyor: Providing a key support function to the MBS for this busy council, you will ideally be an unlimited surveyor who is able to provide advice on a range of complex building matters both as support to the MBS and help to less experienced surveyors and inspectors within the team. Immediate start.
Building Inspector: Contract role within the Eastern suburbs for a Building Inspector ensuring that the requirements of the Building Act, Building Regulations and Building Permits are complied with and enforced where necessary throughout the municipality in accordance with statutory control in an efficient manner.
