The Company
Our client is a renowned civil contractor who are successfully and consistently delivering major civil roads projects across Queensland and New South Wales. This civil contractor gives its Project and Senior Project Engineers full responsibility to run their own works and exposure to their industry leading systems and processes. The Role
We are looking for an ambitious Project Engineer and Senior Project Engineer with experience on multi-million-dollar civil infrastructure works. Engineers with at least four years’ experience on major civil projects will be highly sought after. These projects will involve complex works on roadworks, structures, drainage and bulk earthworks. Successful candidates will be rewarded with a top base salary, up to $160k and benefits. For driven Engineers, this is an opportunity to work and grow alongside the industry's best Project Managers and Engineers while being guaranteed long-term, permanent work. The job will begin in their Brisbane office and involve potential regional works thereafter.

Duties

• Major civil infrastructure projects worth over $400 million 
• Heavy emphasis on roadworks, structures, drainage and bulk earthworks
• You will be expected to supervise and guide junior Engineers
• Engineers will help run programs with high level detailed planning
• OH&S, environment and quality experience will ensure compliance to project KPIs

Skills & Experience

• You must hold a Bachelors in Civil Engineering
• Ideally have worked on Civil projects worth over $5 million in value
• Have a strong understanding of drawings and technical specifications
• Worked with at least a Tier 2 or Tier 3 civil contractor
• A proven and excellent safety record from previous projects
