About the role
The Project Manager will oversee current systems, processes and project plans across multiple sites to ensure smooth execution and delivery for our clients. Working across Melbourne's West, your scope will ensure exposure to a varied and diverse range of projects.
Day to day some of your main duties will include:
- Consult with internal stakeholders to fully identify and confirm the scope of the project and obtain project approvals;
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the Client specified quality standard;
- Ensure that all projects meet the performance of quality, safety and environmental objectives;
- Manage all applicable project contracts in a professional manner so as to promote long-term relationships with key providers
- Interpret building plans, regulations and code of practice in order to direct the progress of work;
- Monitor compliance with construction documents, ensuring that specifications and regulations are followed, and proper methods and materials are used
- Identify, develop and maintain effective systems and processes ensuring continuous improvement across the business;

Skills and experience
The successful candidate for the position will demonstrate:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proven end to end project management skills from concept through to completion
- Construction experience
- Ability to be hands on if needed
