SKILLED SITE SUPERVISOR REQUIRED | Brisbane Central Region 

With over 30 years of construction experience my client has a large footprint in the residential project homes market. Our client has strong focus on customer service and an ever growing positive culture this company can offer you stable employment, and a strong pipeline of projects for 2018 / 2019

Required experience

• Minimum 3 years experience working for a Project Homes builder in QLD
• Experienced running minimum 10 + project homes (single and double storey - standard and custom design)
• Trade qualification or strong hands on experience (5 + years)
• A genuine passion for excellent customer service and guidance throughout the process of their build.
• Thorough knowledge of QLD building codes and practices
• Attention to delivering quality homes on time with minimum defects
• Thorough understanding of on-site OH&S requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication and time management skills
• Loyal working history 

Job Role:

• Liaise with the Construction Manager on design related issues - pre-construction, that may prove problematic to the regular scheduling of site activities
• Scheduling and coordinating works and communicating timelines with subcontractors
• Supervision of onsite construction call forwards on scheduling trades and supplies to site from initial site cut to handover
• Oversight of all works associated with Defects Liability Period satisfaction of all clients
• Dealing with sub-contractors, suppliers and internal/external customers 

You will be involved with all aspects of the supervision of the projects, delivering all new homes to the highest standard standards, ensuring the continuous management of safe working practices.
