An opportunity for a experienced Project Manager to join our progressive dynamic team, managing our newest and largest Landscape Construction projects in the South East.
Leading the team, you will oversee their work to ensure that it's in line with project goals you will train them in proper work methods.. An understanding of plant material, soil types, irrigation systems, pest control, and landscape construction methods is essential. You will integrated in the job from its conception to completion, meeting with clients to discuss landscaping ideas, creating estimates for labour, and establishing budgets. Working with an established team of Foremen, Qualified Landscapers and Apprentices,
Our Project Managers You come with a sound knowledge and background in Project Management from within the Landscaping, Building and Construction industries, you have vast experience in the following, Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment and subcontractors. Perform project wrap-up meetings to evaluate actual results as compared with estimated costs, Prepare tender submissions including: the project management plan; methodology; environmental plan; traffic management plan and construction programme. Schedule labour, materials and resources to meet budgeted expectations; Identify process improvements and review supplier and subcontractor performances to improve performance on future projects. Review and administrate costs for project variations;
Develop strong relationships with a range of key stakeholders
Your Ability,
Manage projects $2 million plus; varying in complexity and scope,
You are diligent in your approach to preparing and submitting quotations, based on rates and agreed schedule,
A superior attitude to customer service strong communication
Submit monthly project claims;
Audit projects and submit detailed claims for client approval
Ensure HSEQ standards and policies are adhered to
