You will be joining a Tier 2 National Civil Construction company specialising in the construction and maintenance of roads and bridges. With a huge influx of work they are looking for a Project Manager to join their expanding team based in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.
The company and role;
- A Tier 2 national civil road company are looking for a Project Manager to join their team with projects varying from $1.5million - $6million
- An established Project Manager or an ambitious Project Engineer with the ability to look after several projects concurrently from start to finish predominately based in the Northern and Western suburbs
- A stable, successfully growing national company with a great culture
- Reporting into the Construction Manager whilst working closely with Site Managers, Foreman, Contract Administrator to deliver projects within assigned time and budget parameters
- Working on private and government jobs
To be successful in this role you must have a combination of the following:
- Experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager or a Senior Project Engineer and ready for a promotion with Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience on road or bridge projects
- Be able to manage several projects concurrently, working closely with Site Managers
- Demonstration project delivery experience
- Ability to plan and coordinate activities on a project from the sale to completion
- Ideally a qualified Engineer or significant related experience
- A positive, enthusiastic personality to proactively lead and inspire teams
- Effectively building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
