The company, a current Australian Employer of Choice are a well to do mid-sized Australian Civil Contractor employing over 300 staff with an annual turnover of $200million. Their business is that of construction in infrastructure (RMS, TfNSW and Sydney Trains) utilities (Sydney Water, Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy) and land development (Stockland, Sekisui House, Landcom) of major residential subdivisions. What they do is deliver projects of a hard dollar construction nature. They don’t buy work in and refrain from a win at all cost mentality.
 
 
 
As a civil degree qualified Project Engineer who has already delivered such projects in NSW for a civil contractor you know what’s expected of you. To succeed in your space there’s no room to hide, you want to do good things and you want others to know about and support your successes.
