The Role: 
 
This well-established client has built their powerful and successful business from the ground up, with the Director dedicating over 15 years’ experience and passion within the Commercial & Residential Construction Industry.

This role needs a skilled Production Estimator with extensive hands on experience in Production Estimating for residential dwellings across QLD. Although majority of the role will be behind closed doors, Sales Estimating experience while liaising with clients is HIGHLY desirable.
  
Some duties may include but not limited to are:
  

• Produce take offs, estimates, procurement, BOQ’s and prepare accurate figures and documentation
• Oversee all offshore resources
• Completing any estimating projects relating to Bill of Quantities and/ or other Projects
• Provide quality check of all colour selection

You: 
 
To be successful in this role, you MUST have: 
 

• Minimum 3 years’ in a Production Estimating role in QLD.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with DataBuild /
• Possess a strong attention to detail, analytical skills, commitment
• A tertiary qualification in construction will be looked upon favourably, however not essential (Diploma of Building & Construction)
