A local council in Melbourne’s East have an exciting new opportunity for a Building Inspector to assist them on a three-month contract role.
Working under minimal supervisions, you will assist with completing condition assessments on local commercial buildings. You will carry out building investigations as well as providing accurate reports on building conditions.
To be successful in this role you will have a solid understanding of the Building Act, Building Regulations, Building Code of Australia and Australian Standards. Your knowledge of building construction and ability to provide high quality of customer service will be paramount to your success.
Registration as a Building Inspector is highly regarded.
The successful candidate must be able to commit to a three month contract, starting 2nd July ending 28th September. You will be working 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
