The Company

The Role
- Supervise and co-ordinate onsite trades and employees for the structures in your own zone on the project. Followed by a transition into finishing elements.
- Oversee onsite safety requirements.
- Liaise closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager in regards to progress, programming and any onsite issues or requirements.
- Attend site meetings to ensure that the program is completed on time and on budget.
Your Requirements
- Excellent communication and team leading skills with an aptitude for motivating individuals.
- Strong formwork experience (Work with a Sub-Contractor is accepted.)
- Must have at least 5 years commercial construction experience.
- Carpentry or Structural Engineering background preferred.
