Located in Osborne Park, Tim Davies Landscaping is a well-established multi award winning leader in the Landscaping Industry. We are looking for an extremely organised person who is proactive and can look outside the square in order to excel within this role. This role is to support the growth we are experiencing in our commercial department, working closely with our Commercial Manager you will have the opportunity to develop and contribute to a successful team!
To succeed in this position you will need:
- Previous experience in estimation
- An ability to read and interpret plans, specification and contracts
- Experience in landscape/building industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
- Have an ability to compile budgets and quotes and work closely with sub-contractors
- Compile project schedules, program and documents for handover to construction
- Experience with procurement and purchasing

- Flexibility and the ability to multi-task.
- Experience, knowledge and understanding of landscape construction would be highly regarded
- An effective communicator with both written and verbal communications
- An effective time manager and show a commitment to achieving deadlines
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to progress within the company
