Pointcorp are seeking a Junior Estimator / Contracts Administrator to join their growing Commercial Construction team. Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, the successful candidate will be assisting with the preparation of accurate estimates as well as other construction administration. Would ideally suit a Uni Graduate or current undergraduate student.

The role will include:

• Quantity take offs
• Construction estimates
• Read and interpret architectural plans
• Pricing of design variations
• Supplier and Sub-Contractors liaison including obtaining quotes and rate negotiation
• Maintaining administration duties
• Developing scope of works
• Any other duties directed by management.

Essential criteria required by applicants include;

• An ability to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the scope and detail of the project
• You'll also possess excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
• Understanding of the industry software, including CostX, Cheops will be well regarded but not essential
• You must be able to read plans.
