Currently, and due to significant growth, they seek a project coordinator / sales support professional to execute their quality assurance program as well as provide training and other support functions for their customers throughout Australia


The Position:

  • Day-to-day customer service calls related to (but not limited to):
  • Technical application questions
  • Submittal information and documentation
  • Inquiries relating to local territory contacts
  • General questions about Quality Assurance Program
  • Warranty questions (“how to process”, “who to send to”, etc.) and processing
  • Project close-out punchlist and post-construction questions
  • General product & installation-specific inquiries
  • Review 3rd party independent inspection reports & address all action items
  • Day-to-day communication with ongoing projects within our customer base / clients sales personnel
  • General contractors, Approved Applicators, Certified Inspectors, Consultants, etc.
  • On-the-spot questions about details, installation & process / procedures of product application
  • Maintain current project files & update with most current information / documentation
  • Perform clients Certified Inspector Training - classroom and field
  • Assist with AutoCAD details and overflow processing of detail requests - TBC.
  • Assist Technical Sales Managers with technical questions from the field - job specific
  • Not standard information found in our literature or specifications
  • Warranties - obtain documentation, review file information and process
  • Aid in the development of web based Approved Applicator Training
  • Carryout Site Inspections in Melbourne Area and Interstate as required.
  • Investigate post-construction warranty claims
  • Obtain information / documentation for review
  • Assist Technical Sales Managers within the phases of any remedial process / plan of action
  • Generate work orders and purchase orders as part of the plan of action
  • Monthly reporting associated within Field Services
  • Live project tracking
  • Update corporate project files
  • Detailed spreadsheets (Excel)



What’s on offer?

  • Base $80-85k + super + fmcv + laptop, ipad, phone, expenses

The Person:

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, chemistry, architecture, geology, science or industrial
  • 2-5 years in a similar sales support / service, project coordinator, site manager type role
  • Candidates that have worked within the construction chemicals or waterproofing industries (onsite) would be highly sought after, but I would definately consider anyone that has worked for a large builder in a project coordinator / administrator role that is interested in being taught waterproofing
  • Someone that has worked onsite previously is a must
  • Strong presentation, public speaking and communication skills required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM programs
  • Self-motivation, flexibility and possess the ability to work within a team environment.
  • This is 50% office based so candidates would need to be comfortable working out of our clients Inner City / Eastern Suburbs location
