• Full time Employment PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY
• Reputable Contractor with long term presence - growing business
• Reporting to the Operations Manager and working with Project Managers, be responsible for delivering on small to large civil projects
• Works include bulk earthworks, concrete structures, roads and park construction, underground services including stormwater, sewer, common service, water main and fire main projects

We are seeking

• Proven Civil Supervisor experience
• Extensive experience providing supervision of civil sites, working closely with Project Teams ensuring compliance with Client processes
• Overseeing site personnel and subcontractors
• Writing and reviewing JSA's and Risk Assessments including the ability to capture all site works into a detailed site diary
• Problem solving and innovation as an individual and as part of a broader team
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbally
• Proactive attitude and a 'lead by example' motivator
• Ability to follow directions
• Proficient abilities in Microsoft Office are essential
• Ability to comply with Medical, including Drug and Alcohol testing and Police clearances
