We currently have a great opportunity to join our growing Asphalt business in a Project Management capacity.
As a Project Manager, you will have a key focus on delivering projects to meet customer and business requirements while maintaining and driving the safety culture of the overall project team.
Reporting directly to the Major Projects Manager, your responsibilities will include;
- Managing projects to ensure delivery is within agreed customer and Boral requirements
- Engaging with the project team to ensure compliance with Boral safety, environment and quality standards
- Engaging with the customer to understand and meet the project requirements, programs, milestones and resource levels
- Ensuring project opportunities and risks are assessed and managed
- Regular project progress reports and forecasts
- Finalisation of projects including performance reviews and sharing lessons learned
Ideally, the successful candidate will have following skill set and industry experience listed below;
- Delivery of Asphalt, Spray Seal or Construction work
- Project Management qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management in a leadership capacity
- Highly analytical with a strong commercial focus
- Client focussed with solid problem solving ability
- Effective communicator with internal and external project stakeholders
