Project Manager - Developer/Builder
Growing developer/builder with stellar growth forecast over the next 5 yrs require senior project manager for flagship $60M project in SW Sydney

- 4 projects under construction in Sydney - $10M to $60M in value
- Project Manager - flagship $60M project

Project and role
- High Rise residential apartment project - $60M
- Mentor and lead the project team, with assistance of an experienced CA and highly regarded Site Manager
- Work with established and trusted sub-contractors that have worked with the firm for the last decade.
- Identify the critical paths of the project
- Modern Construction software such as JOBPAC
Candidate profile:
- Proven track record of delivering at least 2 residential OR commercial multi storey projects
- Experience using construction software such as JOBPAC, Aconex and MS Project
- Strong programming skills with ability to identify critical pathways of the project
- Good knowledge of sub-contractors in SW and Western Sydney
- Ability to problem solve and must have a strong decisive personality
