About the business
Jude’s Bathrooms is a fast growing bathroom renovation specialist based in Campbellfield. Due to growth we are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years admin/office all rounder experience to join our team.
About the role
-You will be liaising with new and existing clients by phone and email. You will schedule salesmans to site, project manage and organize trades to get a job done on time and on budget

Skills and experience
Must have accounts experience (General A/R and A/P)
Must know how to use an accounting system. (Xero experience highly desirable)
Comfortable with a multi-tasking and time dependent environment
High attention to detail
Advanced computer skills
Will be trained up how on how use a job management software to help you manage larger projects
Must be experienced in Excel
Must be friendly and polite over the phone
Working in Project management, construction and experienced with quoting small projects would be ideal but not necessary
