Looking for a Supervisor with Sydney Water experience for this very busy and growing civil & utilities contractor. This could be your move up the chain.
Reporting into the Construction Manager the game will be to move through several sites per day running up to 3-4 crews as well as managing subbies, managing the programming of works and the budget constraints and delivering projects with quality work. The projects are predominantly Sydney Water open cut and trenching works in and around Sydney metro, growth centres and ageing assets.
The management structure and team are renowned in the market for winning and delivering successful projects in the utilities and civil space and have growth plans and support to continue.

- The role offers a $130k base plus FMV and super and works are dayshift (circa 10 hours) and rarely at weekends
- Projects are well set up and resourced to delivery in time and budget without delays to keep the books flowing
- HSEQ and enviro focussed with stringent measures to maintain to clients standards
